  This is a wonderful course through which you learn the correct techniques for giving a fantastic whole body massage, which can be adapted and modified for all types of needs. The course is unique in that it really emphasises the importance of self care, teaching correct posture and positioning to avoid any issues with back pain etc which can cause such problems for the massage therapist over time. The course also covers anatomy and physiology, first aid in the workplace and business skills, thus providing you with the perfect basis for starting out as a therapist on qualifying. The course is delivered in small, friendly groups by enthusiastic teachers with plenty of experience, and it really is a lot of fun as well as immensely rewarding. It's hard work too, and it's vital to keep on top of the coursework, but the tutors are always available to help if needed. I highly recommend this course - I've met some great people and gained a qualification which I'm really proud of!

  The quality of teaching and support at OSM is excellent. I would recommend their massage diploma to anyone. You get individual tailored support throughout and the time and dedication put in by the teaching staff provides you with a high quality learning experience. I have made some great friends and had an amazing time learning massage with OSM.
