  Since seeing Troy, my standard of living has completely transformed. I’ve been able to make decisions which are reshaping my future, and have literally been leaping at opportunities. It’s nice to be myself again, and really, learn who I really am, at last!
  When I first saw Troy, my phobias were literally controlling all aspects of my life. Even though I’ve always been determined and I was tackling these anxieties the best I could, I knew I couldn’t continue suffering with panic attacks daily. When simple tasks turned into difficult experiences I knew enough was enough. Troy taught me I had to understand the route of them in order to stop the negativity which was ruling my life. And I really have. Troy literally worked a miracle.
  I recommend Troy to anyone, whether it be phobia removal and building up the massively important self-esteem, anything you need to improve your quality of life he will help you with. This man can do anything! I really feel hypnotherapy is a really successful mode of therapy and will benefit anyone looking to make positive change in their lives.
  I always felt incredibly safe and comfortable with Troy and will also add he is a decent person who has dedicated his life to helping others - anyone who has managed to meet him I’m sure will agree. He’s got a great sense of humour and is really easy to get on with. He is also someone you can relax easily with and trust.   If you want to banish your fears – get in touch with Troy! Troy explained everything about hypnosis in the my first session so I understood how it works and then helped me pin point where my fear of flying came from. I felt very relaxed and secure in his company. The hypnosis made such a huge difference and I can now look forward to flying and enjoy the whole experience. I wish I had seen him sooner!
