  We wanted have our sofa recovered, but couldn't find any of the details (model name etc). The website has a page in which you can make an enquiry about recovering. I emailed my details to Multiyork and within an hour I had a very comprehensive reply. Lisa had foind a record of our original purchase (16 years ago) and on the basis of this, provided an immediate quote for recovering. A further enquiry was answered within 45 mins, I was very impressed. We went to the Oxford store to choose fabric and the whole experience was professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
