  Awful. Huge queues and a long wait even for the self service machine. If you need to speak to someone expect to wait at least 40 minutes but this could be a lot more.
  
  Cowley road post Office is now closed so I went here instead. The place is best avoided is you are lucky enough to still have a local post office.
  
  If this is what Royal mail sees as progress then we should all be concerned about their cutting of a basic but vital public service.
