  Absolutely shocking. Our pizza arrived 2 hours late, despite me ringing after an hour and a half and being told it would be 10 minutes. Refused to deliver to our door so I had to walk to a car park to pick it up. We then realised the bottle of drink that came with our order was missing however I had to speak to the delivery man and the manager in order to get my full order. 45 minutes later he arrived with our drink with not even an apology. Either they have rude and incredibly poor service or it's me not realising what a taxing job it is to get a bottle of coke. Thanks for an incomplete order and a lukewarm pizza. We won't be using these 'services' again.
