  Walked in the door. 2 employees talking about customers had to wait for about a minute before they gave us any attention. When they did they just looked at us. No hi, welcome or anything. Went to the bar got told to move as this is the serving area. (No one else at the bar except a couple down the end who were also waiting for drinks) when we got seated another waiter kept coming to our table to give us other people's food. Alice the waitress who was the one serving us throughout the evening was spot on though couldn't help us enough. The food itself was brilliant could not fault that one bit. It was the first initial service was terrible. Should never be talking about customers at the front entrance and to keep on talking when we walked in was bad service. To not even say hello/ welcome etc was worse still. When he showed us to our table he practically ran there it was other members of staff who showed us the way. I have been to your Birmingham restaurant which was brilliant. Alice could defiantly train your door and bar staff in manners and politeness
